  1. Two fuses?

    Mine came with 2 fuses and one output lead. Not sure why I would need "2" fuses. Very confusing if you ask me.

  2. Add-a-fuse

    So. Got this to use for my oem fog light kit and a wiring harness that did not come with the add-a-fuse wire for the fog light button. The blue part on the wire was not included, and the fuse it comes with is a yellow 5A. Other than that, it works great for the purpose I bought it!
