The Subaru Vortex Generator performs an excellent job by helping to guide the air under the car to have a quick exit strategy out of the rear of the vehicle. Under high speeds, this will essentially create a vacuum under that car which will help increase the downforce which will improve the overall aerodynamics.
This diffuser isn't oversized and overly aggressive when compared to traditional aftermarket rear diffusers.
