The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ will promote greater cooling efficiency in your stock or modified FA20. Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto racing thermostat will open at a lower temperature than standard thermostats. This allows coolant to flow through the engine sooner, which reduces and maintains cooler engine temperatures. The Mishimoto FR-S / BRZ racing thermostat is the perfect addition to your street or track FR-S / BRZ and is a direct replacement for the factory thermostat. By Will December 30, 2019If you push your frs/brz/86 you'll definently want this thermostat. It opens at a lower temp keeping your engine cooler in normal driving. If you're doing lower speeds with higher rpms you'll want to upgrade the cooling more, but this thermostat is a must if you're focused on cooling your engine better.
