Details
Planted brackets are stronger than the rest! They are made from 3/16th inch steel making the welds stronger and more durable. The Planted bracket will not bend or warp with heat whereas other brackets can be bent by hand.
Planted brackets are more versatile with predrilled slots for sliders from most major aftermarket seat manufacturers like Sparco, Recaro, OMP, Cobra, Racetech, Status, Corbeau, Bride, Momo, etc. There is also extra material for direct mounting when the driver wishes to eliminate sliders altogether.

Great seat mounts
By Will C. July 19, 2020I am using a pair of these seat bases in my 2013 Subaru BRZ track car along with OMP Sliders, seat mounts and HTE-R seats. The planted bases are stout, solid pieces that fit right. I've been running these for 3 years on harsh tracks like Sebring and smooth tracks like Road Atlanta, Atlanta Motorsports Park, Barber Motorsports Park and The Firm and have been nothing but pleased with them. Great product!
