Good, but could be Great
I'll keep it simple. Major thing is that there is no hardware or a template to help you guide to where the placement of the holes should be. So do be careful with that if you don't really install things on cars. Other than that, the wing itself was in great quality. Looks great, and doesn't look cheap. Just a bit of a struggle with the installation.

OEM Spoiler Installation
A few things to keep in mind with this spoiler. It is intended to be a replacement part and does not include any other mounting hardware or instructions. It took some time trying to locate all of the correct parts for the installation, but after a lot of searching I found a Toyota site that included the parts break down. I included an image that I used to order the parts. The spoiler is a well made part. Packaging took a lot of damage during shipping, but the spoiler held up well and was undamaged. Installation was straight forward, place the spoiler centered over the Toyota emblem on the trunk, mark the 4 spots and drill. From the inside I did not have the correct bits, but it looks like the factory uses a 1 inch bit to create the openings so you can access the nuts. I did not install the clips and used only the flange nuts. I also found that the Spacer and Seal listed in the drawing are on a very long national back order. On the cars in the Toyota lot, the spacer touches the trunk. In my case, the spacer installed when the spoiler arrived, does not touch the trunk.
