S207 Style Carbon Fiber Vinyl Overlays

This vinyl overlay is styled after the Subaru JDM S207 special edition vehicle. It has side appliques applied to it from the factory. They give the vehicle some character and break up the paint matched surfaces.

It's easy to apply with the assistance of a buddy. Just clean and wet the application area with slightly soapy water. Also apply this mixture of soap and water to the back of the vinyl after you peel one side off.

Now you'll be able to apply the vinyl and adjust its alignment. Once you're satisfied with the position just press down firmly and use your fingers to squeegee out the remaining water. You can also use a towel to soak up some of this water.

NOTE: Vinyl material has no carbon content, but a textured carbon appearance and is backed with pressure activated adhesive. Air egress channels are also built in to simplify installation.

Matte / Gloss Black Option

These versions do not have air egress channels, but can be applied in the same manner. They do not have a textured finish either. Matte black is one of the easiest colors to work with when it comes to vinyl application. Since the strip is narrow, you shouldn't have issues getting the bubbles out of the gloss black option either.
