The Company 23 FA20 Torque Plate has been designed to simulate the bore distortion that happens when you torque your heads to the engine block during the honing, boring, as well as the ring gapping process. This tool helps you get correct tolerances to reduce blow by, oil consumption, and it overall increases reliability. It is an essential tool for high horsepower builds. This torque plate also features a top bore edge radius which makes it comfortable when performing ring gapping, and it can be used for aftermarket, as well as factory head studs.
This torque plate has been CNC machined from tempered and anodized aerospace grade aluminum, and spacers will be included to duplicate cylinder head deck height to accurately reproduce block stresses.
