Not yet CARB approved for 15+ model years

Good product, but it is only CARB EO# certified for model years 13' and 14', this is straight from Injen customer service. If your FRS or BRZ is 15' or later, or if you have a Toyota 86, this product is not CARB legal yet so you will have to put your stock intake back on to pass smog. You also will have to drive the car upwards of 100 miles on the stock intake to allow the ECU to recalibrate.

Yeaup it’s even more fun to drive now It even sounds nicer, the air suction, the engine and the (TRD)exhaust sound a bit louder:+1::skin-tone-3::+1::skin-tone-3: But best of all when I accelerate, the response is quicker making it feel smoother. Installation was simple and fun And the time it took to get to me was extremely fast. Funny story I bought the APR carbon rad cooling plate but it wouldn’t fit because of the stock air unit so I decided to buy an after market air intake but my first choices all could not be shipped out to me in Cali so I went with the next best option. Funny thing is the APR piece still dosent fit but I’m happy I got this cold air intake makes me smile all the time.
