The PERRIN Engine Cover Fix Kit is not only a great way to resecure your plastic OEM engine cover, but adds a bit of flair with anodized PERRIN washers.

NOTE: If you cannot fit your engine cover on your engine due to modifications, this will not aide in getting it to fit.

Each Radiator Shroud kit comes as a three-piece set to fit your vehicle regardless of which intake is installed. This also allows you to improve the look of your engine bay before and/or after you add an aftermarket intake down the road.

WHY YOU WILL NEED THIS

It is very common after one or two removals of the WRX engine cover for the plastic buttons to break off. Although the engine cover can be put back after the buttons break, it will shift, move, and rattle around during driving.

Replacement engine covers from Subaru cost nearly $200. The PERRIN Engine Cover Fix Kit is a simple and clean looking method for reattaching your engine cover securely after the buttons break. Even if your cover has not broken yet, this kit also performs well as a way to dress up your engine bay.

HOW IT WORKS

The PERRIN Engine Cover Fix Kit works by installing a corrosion-resistant stainless steel bracket on the engine and creates a mounting point for the cover. After drilling two holes in the plastic cover, the cover is secured with two bolts and two billet aluminum washers for secure fitment.

CONSTRUCTION & FINISH

The bracket is made from stainless steel and the washers from billet aluminum. The washers are anodized red or black for a lasting finish and printed with the PERRIN logo.
